Via Ferrata (literal translation: Iron Way) provide protected climbing using cables and fixed points such as ladders, steps, cables, etc..directly set into the rock. Although the degree of exposure can provide huge excitement, protection is usually continuous. Half way between hiking and climbing, this activity can be arranged to meet the requirements of both adults and children. FERRATA THIRD PARTY ChampéryEasy grade Via Ferrata lacking great difficulty, providing an excellent exprience for beginners and children. The Ferrata Tier includes large segments of traverse, which explains its low height gain (125m) Around 460m in length. The beginning includes beautiful crossings in the vicinity of a waterfall, with climbers taking turns on the traverses. It is moderately equipped and has ‘air’ in abundance. MOIRY DAM GrimentzThis Via Ferrata is very well equipped and has no sections of great difficulty. It is around 410 meters in length and has height gain of 230m. VIA FERRATA OF VAL D'HERENS EvolèneThis Via Ferrata consists of three parts and demands good technique, and has some demanding ascents and overhang sections. The second and third part are difficult passages with big exposure and breathtaking views. 500 meters long, it has a height gain of 250mStarting at 1350m). Easy and fast approach walk-in. BALTSCHIEDERTALER WiwannihütteVia Ferrata located in beautiful high mountains. High technical level. 2100m length, altitude at start 2030, at finish 2440m. The approach walk-in is long, with a nice hike of around 1hr30min. Reservation 7 / 7. Tariff 4 people, transport and equipment included:
FERRATA Loèche-les-BainsA long and difficult Via Ferrata which requires excellent physical condition and very good experience with this type of activity. This divides into 2 routes, the easiest includes five key climbs, while the Daubenhorn route offers a protracted series of serious climbing sections. The Daubehorn route takes about 6 hours of arduous climbing. It is characterized by a very strenuous course, on a steep wall with lots of exposure. It has sections of intermittent protection. Added risks include frequent rockfall. Not to be taken lightly and a real achievement once completed – it contradicts the idea of a Via Ferrata as a soft option.
